Built in 1985, 111 Speen Street in Framingham is one of the most iconic office buildings in the MetroWest region. It offers immediate access to the Mass. Turnpike (I-90) and to nearby amenities, including restaurants, hotels, and retail stores. In the Spring of 2022, North Colony Asset Management and Paradigm Properties purchased the 117,000 square foot first-class building with a plan to modernize the building through property and service enhancements. Today, more than $5 million worth of renovations have been completed, including a new building façade, a completely redesigned and modernized entryway, landscaping updates, and a beautiful outdoor patio.
